About the Competition
In 2026, under the guidance of the Beijing Overseas Talents Association and the Fengtai District Talent Work Bureau, the Fengtai Talent Group, in partnership with the Yuyingying Subdistrict and leveraging the Beijing Subway Line 10 Youth Entrepreneurship Village, proudly launches the HICOOL "Fengtai Youth Entrepreneurship Dream Competition" — Youth Competition of Beijing Subway Line 10 Talent Vitality Loop.

Grounded in the core philosophy of integrating the "Competition Loop + Transit Loop + Ecosystem Loop," this competition is designed to attract top talent, catalyze industrial growth, and empower entrepreneurial dreams. We invite outstanding young entrepreneurs—currently enrolled students or recent graduates (within the past two years) from universities worldwide—to submit their ventures. Our goal is to help young talents establish themselves in Fengtai, a youth-friendly ecological district, and grow in sync with the city and the times.

Support Measures

Housing Security

Core team members of winning projects that establish operations in Fengtai are eligible for tiered housing support, including short-term free accommodation, transitional housing, and rent subsidies during the startup and employment phases.

Entrepreneurship Space

Priority access to the Youth Entrepreneurship Village OPC Community, offering co-working stations, dedicated office spaces, and access to premium incubator facilities across the district.

Computing Power Enablement

Leveraging the dedicated enablement space within the Youth Entrepreneurship Village, we provide training on AI large-model tool applications and 1-on-1 hands-on guidance.

Financial Support

Projects established in Fengtai may be included in the district's "Equity-Bond Synergy" talent innovation funding program. Eligible projects can access direct funding, loan interest subsidies, and investment matchmaking.

Mentorship & Talent Accreditation

One-on-one talent service management, policy application assistance, financing matchmaking, legal/tax advisory, HR consulting, and industry-scenario docking.

Exclusive Benefits

Opportunity to be nominated for the "Fengze Plan" Special Award, direct qualification for the HICOOL Preliminary Round, and exhibition/pitch rights at the HICOOL Global Summit.

Eligibility Requirements
Participant Requirements

Currently enrolled students or graduates (graduated after January 1, 2024) from universities worldwide (including Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and overseas institutions);

Founders must generally be under 35 years of age;

Each project may register 1–3 participants, all of whom must be core members of the startup team;

Each participant may submit only one project.

Project Requirements

Entries must present a commercially viable business plan with potential for economic returns. Projects may be either pre-launch (planned) or already operational;

All intellectual property involved must be clearly owned and free of disputes.

Direct Advancement Rules

HICOOL Global Competition Alumni
Projects that have advanced to the preliminary round or beyond in previous HICOOL Global Competitions are eligible for a direct pass to the roadshow defense of HICOOL 2026 Fengtai Youth Entrepreneurship Dream Competition.

Major Domestic Innovation Competition Finalists
Projects that have reached the provincial finals of the China International College Students' Innovation Competition (within the last two editions), the provincial finals of the "Chuangqingchun" College Students' Entrepreneurship Plan Competition (most recent edition), or the finals of the "Jingcai Dachuang" Beijing College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (within the last two editions) are eligible for a direct pass to the roadshow defense.
